About the Speakers
Ramesh Pillai, Assistant Director, OrangeTee & Tie
Ramesh is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive 12-years of experience in project sales, marketing, business development, client servicing, research and consultancy. During his career he has overseen more than 50 new project launches both local and overseas. Previously he was also involved in the future cities research project with URA that explores innovative typologies, forms and prototypes for future urban living that leverage insights from a range of fields including architecture, urban design, engineering, information systems technology and social science. Ramesh also holds Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from NUS.
Harvey Chia, Head Investment Advisory & Strategist, SRI
Harvey is a real estate graduate from National University of Singapore in year 2003 and has accumulated over 13 years of significant real estate and wealth management experience in various capacities in real estate consultancies covering enblocs and good class bungalows in capital markets and also covered real estate investments in Citi Private Bank. His other role outside of real estate was in wealth management in UOB leading a team of relationship managers and AUM over $400m.
Harvey is currently in SRI and represented multiple sale and purchase mandates and received several awards from SEAA and SRI for sales excellence and revenue.
An avid investor himself, He had previously and still currently invested in the Singapore, Bangkok, London and Manchester
